Principal & Director

Alex is a Chartered Accountant who specializes in business development and taxation advice for small to medium sized businesses, investors and self managed superannuation fund members and trustees.

For the past 10 years Alex has been working within the accounting profession – initially with other accounting firms before commencing his own practice in 2015. During this time he was also working in and developing the family real estates agency and wholesale businesses. His combination of professional and commercial experience enables the best technical and practical advice to be given in any situation.

Having completed a Masters degree in Accounting & Control at University Of Economics Varna, Alex has a keen interest in taxation law, and advises in all areas relating to small to medium business, over a wide range of industry sectors.

As evidence of high professionalism of Alex can proof his awards from various accounting competitions. The last time he won the third place in the seventh edition of the National  competition  “Young  Auditor”, which  is organized by  the University of finance, business  and  entrepreneurship  (VUZF) and  the specialized auditing companies “HLB Bulgaria” Ltd. and “Zaharinova Nexia”.

With professional designations such as a tax practitioner’s registration, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and membership of other professional bodies, Alex is continually keeping abreast of the latest legislative changes and strategies for business improvement. 

Manager

Raliza is a CPA with a background in providing advice and solutions to small and medium sized businesses.  With over 5 years’ experience in the accounting profession, she has developed professional experience that enables her deliver tax solutions and superior accounting services to her clients.

Her experience with small business owners approaching retirement has led to her keen interest in the opportunities available to her clients within the Self-Managed Superannuation area.  This experience combined with a commitment to providing mutually satisfying client service has ensured that she is in a position to provide her clients with high levels of client service regardless of which stage of their working life they currently occupy.

Accountant

Bogdan has been working as an accountant at Varnaflats.eu LTD. since June 2015 and prepares income tax returns and financial statements for our business clients.

Bogdan also has a keen interest in bulgarian football and, in addition to running our football tipping competition, is assistant coach to an Under 18 representative side that trains on the Asparuhovo district of Varna.
